WHAT ARE THE MEMBERSHIP REQUIREMENTS TO JOIN THE TRADE PROGRAM?
Nostalgic/Grandeur Trade Membership is granted to Interior Designers, Architects, Millworkers, Set Designers/Stagers, Home Developers, Builders, or Contractors and Professionals in the Hospitality Design Industry. Additionally, you will need to provide a copy of your business license or resale tax certificate.
HOW DOES THE TRADE PROGRAM WORK?
Once you’ve become an approved member, you will receive full access to our Trade Program Website. The website will give you access to your pricing discount, tailored support, order/quote request forms and additional resources.
HOW CAN I BEGIN USING MY DISCOUNT?

WHO CAN USE MY TRADE PROGRAM DISCOUNT?

WHAT TYPE OF DISCOUNT WILL I RECEIVE?
Trade Program members receive a “Percentage Off MSRP” discount on all regular priced merchandise. Once approved, you will have access to your Trade Program Pricing through the Trade Program Website.
HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER OR RECEIVE A QUOTE?
You can only purchase directly from your Nostalgic Warehouse or Grandeur Hardware Trade Representative.

Quotes are normally completed in 1-2 business days. Orders are normally shipped in 1-2 business days after approval.

CAN I USE MY TRADE PROGRAM PROGRAM MEMBER DISCOUNT ONLINE OR THROUGH A STORE OR DECORATIVE SHOWROOM?
No. All Trade Program member discount purchases must be made directly through your Nostalgic/Grandeur Trade Representative.
HOW DO I PAY FOR MY ORDER?
For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card, wire transfers or company checks. If you wish to pay by company check, we can provide you with a pro forma invoice. You also have the option of applying for an account with us. Click here to download credit application.
DO YOU CHARGE TAX?
Generally, Trade Program Members are not charged tax. But, you will need to submit a signed Resale Certificate or Permit for each state in which you seek exemption.
WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?
Returns must be processed through your Trade Program Representative or sent to the email below. To be eligible for credit, an RGA must be submitted within 60 days of shipping. All items returned to Nostalgic/Grandeur, must be received undamaged and in saleable/new condition. Nostalgic products have a 25% restocking fee when returned with an approved RGA number. A 35% restocking fee will be charged on Nostalgic returns made without prior RGA approval. Grandeur returns with an approved RGA number do not have a restocking fee.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Shipping time differs by product and delivery method. Nostalgic and Grandeur build all products to order. Most orders ship within 3-5 business days. On request, Trade Program Members are eligible for free expedited shipping. Expedited orders ship within 1-2 days. Expedited Order requests must be made through your Trade Program Representative at time of order. Orders received before 10:00 AM MT will ship by the next business day. Orders received after 10:00 AM MT will ship by the second business day.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Your order becomes available for tracking online 24 hours after it is placed. Once a tracking number is generated, you will receive an email.
